Through drama therapy tools, theatrical play, and body exploration, we will work with two poles of identity: the more visible character (the one we usually perform in everyday life) and those aspects we tend to reject, hide, or deny.
The so-called “shadow” does not disappear when we ignore it. On the contrary: when we do not see it, it often interferes, sabotages, or appears at the least convenient moments. When we recognize it and give it space, it can become a source of energy, creativity, and clarity.
The work will take place in a small group, in a supportive and confidential environment where humor, play, and personal exploration have as much space as respect for individual limits.
The workshop will be led in English.
Objective
- explore our habitual characters
- identify rejected or less acknowledged aspects of ourselves
- give them form through theatrical play, improvisation, and movement
- experiment with inhabiting them on stage, with curiosity and without judgment
This is not about “acting well,” but about experimenting
Aimed at all interested in a space to experiment, to look directly at what we tend to avoid, and to discover what happens when we also give it a place.
No previous theatre experience is necessary.
To reserve your place, a 20 € advance payment is required.
